I'm really going outside the box and doing this nice large detailed 4 color vinyl transfer out of premium plus. Well I cut out the black and sat down to weed. So there I am taking really good care not to lift anything because y'all know how premium plus is. So I made it through the whole thing with maybe 3 little lifts that aren't that important. I'm admiring the thing when I realize that the last hour I spent playing around with this is for naught.

When oh, when will I remember to mirror my objects? I know... it's a rhetorical question but I just thought something this bad like wasting a whole hour taking special care only to have not taken care the first minute and therefore the whole thing is waste. Well, it's finished cutting again... reversed this time... now to do the other 3 colors while I'm thinking about it.

When?

For me it's usually 12" to 18" into a run on 20" wide vinyl.

I frequently switch from heat press to sign vinyl and back in the same day.

I'm really looking forward to the day that I finish up a 4' x 12' banner cut and then notice that I mirrored all of the sign vinyl..... :(

I remembered to mirror and then I put the first layer of vinyl on the shirt. It wasn't until I started to put the second layer down that I noticed it was upside-down! I've made mugs backwards and upside down. I'm just so glad it isn't just me that does this. Ya know.. maybe we could start a new fashion trend..

Last night I got the cutter all set up and ready to go, started the cut and when to go make dinner. Came back and the cuts were way too deep, what the heck, it was just fine the last time....duh...it would have helped if I hadn't put the material in backing side up!
Sometimers strikes again.
I was cutting a clear frosted material and didn’t pay attention to what side was up when I put it in.

Wow, something new to look forward to. I haven't done that yet, but give me time. It doesn't say "senior member" under my name for nothing...
