I've tried various things with white settings, but I can't get any sort of vibrant color, it turns out dull no matter what, but I've seen shirts brothered that have a nice vibrant color to it is does anyone have advice?

Could be a few things. You may need more pretreat or a different 100% cotton garment. I'm not sure how the 782 inks work with conveyor dryers, but if you have one it can do wonders for vibrancy.
