Hello, I'm a long time HTV and new screen printer. I just started sublimation and so far I'm not liking the thickness of the shirts. I've tried a Gildan 42000 white. The print came out great but shirts are really thin and see through I can hear my customers now complaining about it. Are there any shirts made for sublimation that are thick like the 50/50 styles?

Jerzees dri-power shirts are almost exactly like the Jerzees/Fruit of the Loom HD cotton shirts in look and feel, but 100% poly.

You are going to find through experimentation that there is no happy medium when choosing a pre manufactured poly shirt. Choosing a thin shirt will give you a lighter feeling shirt that flows but the drawback is anywhere there is a light color printed or white remaining, it will still be "see through".

Choose a thicker material that does not allow "see through" will give your customers an anchor to wear.

Look for shirts called 'sublisoft' or a dry wicking material
