Hey guys,
Just trying to get some opinions on how to approach a Local store to sell my clothing. Also, Do I need to have some sort of License to sell to the stores?

Please tell me your experience on approaching.

you will need a license to sell your merchandise yes you can get this at your local tag office, as far as local buying you would want to have a line sheet and preferably samples of the finished product you would like them to buy

Yea thats what I thought, I just wanted to make sure before I go ahead and do that. Also Is there anywhere I can see a sample of a line sheet or if you have one you can post up?

for a great example i would go over to Js Apparels website and download the free pdf of theres, however if getting models and making samples is out of the budget at the moment, it is not uncommon for companies to create line sheets strictly using CAD images .

This license to sell to stores is that needed in the UK? we've got some meetings with potential stockists already set-up. we've got a portfolio of designs, drop-tags, the price lists and the samples. Does anyone know if that's enough for the UK stockists?
