I am using slim stich numbers heat applying them onto jerseys I am using a pillow and the correct temp and time and pressure what is happening is I am getting a imprint of the square of the press and the front of the jersey coming through the pillow on to the back. These are a two tone number so two applications to put it on 10 secs for the first and 30 sec for the second color with a 350 temp medium pressure numer 5 with the jersey and pillow in it. I would really apprecaite any help trying to get these done tonight.

You have a few options you can try with highly saturated polyester or sublimated garments. Your best option is to cut a Print Perfect Pad just covering the print area so you can reduce that "box". Several of our customers have also had success using a Flexible Application pad, which is a rubber type cover sheet that helps since the heat doesn't transfer through as severely.
