Anyone else having problems with the app on Samsung products? Both my phone and tablet give me an error message regarding package data and then screen freezes......have installed and reloaded a number of times.......

iPhone and iPad here. Seems to be a problem between the mobile apps and the web site.

Hey guys,

I updated the package file for the app. Try clearing your apps cache and then log into the forum. Please let us know if it has helped or if you're still having an issue.
