Anyone using a Gcc Elite XL Printer and Windows 7 ?
I hope this is the correct place for this post.
I have a GCC Elite XL 20/600 laser printer. I recently bought a Windows 7 PC and can not print from the Windows 7 machine.
Tech support from GCC sent me some drivers that they said would work, but it still does not print. They suggested some solutions but nothing works so far. Before I do their expensive phone support, I thought I would post this and see if anyone has solved this problem.
By the way, the printer is working fine with my Mac computer, so I am sure nothing is wrong with the printer.
