Anyone used Pencarrie?

used them for about 2 years but have recently moved to btc activewear as they are cheaper
i use them for some garments still and btc don't stock a whole lot. Good company though. Can't fault them

Yes we've used Pencarrie and they're great - very helpful and a huge stock range. Our primary supplier is Prestige Leisure however because they are local to us, we tend to use Pencarrie as a back-up.

Both companies are a pleasure to deal with.

Yup. Very reliable and generally well maintained stock levels.

Pencarrie have never let me down yet - unlike some other companies. It's not just about the prices, customer support and correct delivery, on time is essential and Pencarrie deliver on that. They also have an academy for customer support.
That said, sign up with them all and try them out.

Personally I'm not a fan, their postage is very expensive compared to my accounts with Ralawise and BTC but their stock range is good.

Started to use them for the last year or so due to a huge cock up on an order from Ralawise.

Told the A/C at Pencarrie of our issues with Rala (half of a big order never turned up) and they haven't got one thing wrong so far.

Took an age and many emails to get sorted. Each member of staff didn't know what the other was doing at Rala.

Very happy with PC

Huge range fast service very helpfull. I can order up till 9pm and collect till 10pm very useful for rush orders. They even have an onsite training facility for DTG, Solvent transfers and sublimation.

Only downer for me is price which stops me using them as much as I should being only 3 miles away.

Maybe worth speaking to your local sales rep regarding price, worked for me as I no longer buy from BTC

I already get carton rates but I can still buy cheaper including factoring in the postage elsewhere :-(
