I see this stuff, always wonder what I could use it for...

Anyone actually done any work with it?

Wash tested it?

Haven't tried the brick but the puff works well. We use a 60 degree blade on the puff and test for your pressure as all cutters are different, even if you use the same make and model. You also want to make sure you follow the pressing instructions.

Cool, thanks. I'll give it a try.

Any idea how it holds up washing?
Holds up really well. Be sure to let your customer know that they need to wash inside out and on cold. That will make it last the longest. Also if you are printing on polyester, keep your temps in mind. Poly doesn't like going over 300 degrees. On their easyweed, we worked with the Siser techs and figured that 285 for 20 seconds works really well. Haven't done puff on poly, if you are thinking about it call Siser directly. They are really helpful and will work with you to get it right if they don't know how to do something.

I just recently used the Siser Brick on some 6-panel structured hats. It worked very well. The customer didn't want to fork out the cost of embroidery so he was interested in just regular HTV but I was againt it. I am normally a screen print shop but I do have large format printer, cutter and heat presses so I found the Siser Brick and thought It would be the best thing and it turned out great. Gives a nice dimensional look to the design. Not the easiest to cut and weed though.
