Has anyone screen printed on Armbands?

How do I cure the Ink? Someone meantioned using a unistretch ink, is this necessary?

Can I cure them in my conveyor dryer, heat press, Flash, or air dry?

Are these armbands stretchable like wrist bands?

Yes I believe so. They're bright orange with a reflective strip in the middle.

I'm going to measure them out so I don't screen print on the reflective strip, but not sure on how to cure them.
