Looks like a semi automatic. Two auto printheads, and platens turned by hand.
The only company I know that is still making these is Weiss, from Denmark, but this isn't one of theirs.
I think there was an Italian company making something similar - SerTec. Don't know if it is one of theirs, or if they are still in business.

Thanks, I couldn't find information about. It was actually sold on an auction for about 1200€, seems like a bargain
If you had a need for printing mainly 1 or 2 colour prints then it probably would have been a bargain. You are only limited by how fast you can load/unload the garments.

Where these semi-automatic presses fall down is when you need to print more than two colours. They generally come with 1 or 2 auto heads, and 2 or 4 manual heads. Unfortunately, for the autos to work all the printheads are locked into position. To use the manual heads you either have to walk around the machine from head to head or have multiple printers.
