Anyone know where to find older HIX Hat Press Platens? VH250
I've got an old HIX Hat Press.... all I have is the largest Platen
I need the next size down... or at least another of the same and I'll cut it to size....
Anyone know where I can stir one up?
I called HIX, but they said their new ones are 'different'
They couldn't give me details, but said they won't fit.
If I had more details, I could probably grab one and mod it, but if the curve is too far off it's a deal breaker, and I assume that's the case.
So.... Anyone????
I've been checkin eBay and CL, but no luck unless I wanna buy another hat press (might come to that)
