I recently got shirts printed and just put one through the wash and noticed the ink leaked. I washed it on cold and didn't use a bleach detergent. Not sure what this could be. Did the screen printer not do his job well? Im not sure how to attach photos so if you have th time please dm me on IG: @lifeof.nate. I really need to figure this out.

I'd say you need to contact the screen printer first.

Sounds like the ink did not cure properly, that is on the screen printer!
