Hi everyone, I am new to the world up customizing t-shirts(actually we are trying to specialize in caps) and was wondering if there is anywhere in the LA area that I can buy an economical plotter... Any help is appreciated...

Yes, USCutter has a $229 12" (perfect for caps) cutter that works like a charm. And it's only $10 for shipping. Just got mine and I love it.
