Would this be suitable?

And would this style bulb complicate the build as opposed to using a growlight type of metal halide bulb? I plan on having an electrician help me with the build. Found lots of info on here about the grow light MH bulbs, but not much about these. As far as I can tell these are the kind in the commercially produced exposure units like NuArc 3140 and Amergraph 150.
