I have a job to do that requires a distressed look. The print I'm trying to reproduce appears different from the overlays I've used in the past. This one has more of a vertical cracked appearance, liked naturally cracked plastisol. Anyone have any overlays [that they have created] they are willing to share ?? Thanks in advance.

i'll see what I have, but most of the distress stuff I have is actually part of packages I paid for so I can't distribute them. If I can find some that are free(which i'm sure I have somewhere on my computer) I'll Let you know.

Thanks so much. I wish I was able to post a pic of what I'm trying to replicate, but I'm not at the shop at the moment.

Actually, that sounds like a pretty good idea--get out your number screen, print a big block of white, flash it, and pull on it really hard.

Most of the stuff on Google is pretty bad--what they consider "high resolution" is pretty dismal.

Although I could have sworn file sharing is only illegal if you're sharing files you don't have the right to share... lots of people sharing images on here. :)

Thread note: I cleaned up this thread a bit to remove some off topic posts. If there is a post that seems to not fit in our guidelines, please click the Report Bad Post link to let us know about it instead of posting in the thread that it's not allowed. That way we can assess the situation and deal with it directly without the thread going off track about what is and isn't allowed :)

I cleared up the original post to make sure it specified images that someone personally created that they may be willing to share. Please do not share files that you did not create, even if they are free. Some free images still have copyright or licensing restrictions attached to them.
