I have been looking around the net but most companies
are outsourcing their work and charging pretty high
prices per patch.

Here is an example of what we are looking for in case
some aren't familiar. They are a very fast growing market
in the military crowd and Airsoft market but we are using
them for hats.

Easily changed out with the velcro backing and people can
decide what color hat they want to go with the patch.
