Anyone had custom hats made my Reach?
Howdy..
I currently have some custom lids being produced by Flat Fitty in China. While my samples turned out straight gnarly davidson, the time it took to get them was incredibly longer than they said it would be. Then when it came time to place a bulk order, there were lots of hurdles I had to go thru to get my payment sent and getting all the final "i"s dotted and "t"s crossed was a PITA.
Going overseas with anything can be stressful and alot of work, so I was curious if anyone has worked with "Reach" before? They have a domestic program, low minimums and the options I am looking for like full customization, multiple colorways, and quick sample and shipping frames.
I was quite impressed with the work I saw, just looking for someone who has worked with them to know how legit their claims are? How the product fit? And is it top quality? Thanks in advance y'all

I haven't worked with them but looking at their past work with big names such as TH, C & C, RS I think they seem top notch. I have the same Crooks hat and the quality is great. You should definitely do business with them. If you do get an order from them, post some pics will ya?

@ItsNnicholas - no problem my man. always down to share my resources. I just wanted some confirmation that they do quality work, which you just confirmed, thanks! I have my design set, I just need to choose which three colorways I want and pull the trigger.
Right now I have it narrowed down to 16 colorways.. so I am on the cusp of placing an order but still have some decisions to make. They claim samples are ready in 2-3 weeks and I will most definitely post some pics when they come in

Can you tell us some price breaks?
its expensive. I got quoted at over $13 a hat, but I have three embroidery hits on each one and I am going for the minimum order - 120 hats split amongst 3 colorways so I went into it expecting to pay up the ***, but for a top quality hat thats made in the USA, I'll pay more for that. Just tryin' to do my part to keep work in Ammurrica, ya smell me
my bad, that didn't really answer your question. I believe they start at $9 a hat, fitted or snapback, but thats with 1 embroidered location and basic customization. if you want the bells and whistles its gonna cost over $10, probably in the $11-13 range.

We worked with Captuer Headwear for our last round of snapbacks and 5panels. (Pretty sure they do Beanies and Flex Fits too)
We were extremely happy with what they made for us. The prices were solid and the turn times were excellent! Our embroidered caps took about 2.5 weeks and our full custom printed sublimated caps took about 6ish. The fit's were great and the quality was the best we saw in all of our searching.
AND 24 PIECE MINIMUMS!!!
Which for us was perfect, we just tried a bunch of different colorways and they were super cool about it.

I used Reach a year or so ago for a custom 6 panel project. The over all end product was great. hat quality was top notch and the embroidery was well done. Customer service and design team is great. The only problem I had was pricing. I generally go over seas for my custom caps So i am used to lower per piece price. Reach's basic customization price was reasonable in the $9 range at 100 pieces but when i started to add additional locations and finish work the cost stacked up fast.Hi,
