just wondering if anybodys using m&r new alpha8 press. any pros and cons about this press. im looking to get an auto pretty soon. just trying to get peoples opinions on it

I would like to know too, might be a great option versus a diamondback. Do you know how much the list price is for the Alpha8?

no clue. but i love that you can upgrade as you go. as i learn more and more i know i will need around ten colors or so. but for now 6 would be great.

I got a quote awhile back on an alpha 8 and I think it was between $125,000 and $150,000. I don't have it with me here at home. I thought it might be cool to get instead of a Sportsman E but I'm not willing to spend $50,000 more. A diamond back is much less.

is that for the smallest one, if it is thats pretty outrages. i understand if its for the 26 or 32 station, but for an 8 or 14 station that would be crazy, or im i crazy

They are EXPENSIVE... but from what I've seen, they're beasts!

it sure would of been nice if you could have added 2 stations at a time instead of 6 station increments. but i guess thats one way to make extra money. i think im going to try and get a quote, if i do i will post it

Woah, wasn't expecting that. Much rather buy a Diamond back and upgrade to a larger press later!
