I got an email from one of my suppliers today, advertising Cad Cut 3d Puff. Doesn't look like either Flock or vinyl and probably is a reasonable alternative to embroidery. But, the company says its good for 'big' prints so I reckon it probably won't perform well for small logos on Polos like Flock does. Also looks very expensive.

this stuff looks aweosme, never tried it but it would be great on the back of a hoodie.

Keen to see if anyone has used it before too, are they the only ones that supply it? yes it does seem very expensive, there may be someone in the states who is carrying it too
