I've found that flash curing my DTG prints as soon as they emerge with a heat gun, works very well. Especially useful when needing to work and handle t shirts fast or flip them over for a second print on the back.
I'm toying with the idea of mounting a blower onto my machine so it automatically flash cures as the print emerges. Couple of potential issues, the heat must not go backwards into the machine obviously as it could cause issues with the head. But I reckon it should be possible to mount a reasonably powerful blower, maybe even a heavily modified heat gun or domestic blow heater, perhaps an infrared or halogen heat lamp. Not sure,, just throwing the idea out there to see if anybody has done anything similar that works reliably and doesn't scorch.
