Any UK Mpower owners out there

Considering upgrading my DTG HM1 machine and looking at this model purely because it seems to be more realiable and less prone to head clogs, air in lines, starvation, pulling of hair, threating with hammer.

Any comment on tech support and experience with machine and UK supplier J&B?
