Anyone have any tricks to avoid dye migration while printing white on a navy blue 100% polyester preformance tee

Been using a product from Triangle called Superior white. It works great on 100% poly and real easy to print. Very creamy right out of the bucket....good stuff

We use Union 1070. Here's a link to it. We do a lot of printing on 100% Poly darks and lights. Works well enough even after going down the dryer 3-4 times.

Thanks a million I went down the street and picked up the poly white 1070 it worked like a champ I ussualy get the diamond white but the poly did the job. now all i have to do is figure out how to stop the roughness and get a softer smoother feel i think its all me though i push print.

not sure my workhorse 6 & 6 may be out of wack i haven't been able to just figure out that O/C and peel dials should i shoot for a lot or little as possible?

It depends on how taught you screen is. If you have a loss mesh you want more if you have a tight mesh a little less. Any from 1/16 of an inch to 1/4 of an inch. You want to make sure the only part of the screen that is touching the pallet is where you are pressing the squeegee.
