thanks for the reply. Printed 70 white singlets, came out ok, today tried the navy ones(white print only). Did a couple with 2 passes!!!!(1440 x 720) to soak into singlet.Looked ok until heat press.Tried a 720 x 720 pass 3 times.Looked ok until heat press. Is it when you heat press the ink shrinks causing cracks ? I now know what you mean about headaches !!!!!!!.
I'm only a 1 man band in a small NSW town and need this job for some extra cash,but I take screen printing is the answer?

Hi Olly,

Its better in the country than the city. Lucky you.

Screen printing onto dark rib singlets will have the same issues. We learnt this lesson when we did a order for a yoga centre and all the prints cracked.

We did a screen print order for Freedom on Pique cotton polo and while we did a great job I still was not really happy with the result.

I would test various materials. Pique knit is a problem with both DTG and screen printing. It looks
