I do sublimation and place a large percentage of my orders with one company. Cond'e periodically sends me different types of samples including shirts. I have been working with them for years so a good relationship definately plays a part.

A lot of suppliers offer grommeted samples that are usually half their normal cost....

A few years ago I received free samples from Hanes. I had to sign up to receive a sample pack although I don't remember how I found out about this. You might research this. If you have a chance to attend an ISS show Imprinted Sportwear Shows you can get samples at the show. Make sure you talk to sales reps to see if they can send samples.

I found that all of the suppliers I use will send a sample or two BUT I have to pay for them and they like for you to use your own Fedex/UPS number
