any photoshop templates for designing tees??

hey im looking for a photoshop or illustrator or even pdf that are somewhat around the size of a tshirt. I bought a 6 color 4 station and want to start banging out some shirts, but would like to visually create them in photoshop so they would be around the right size after i make the screens.
