hi
we have textjet plus . the problem is the t shirts tray doesnt go up and down. , The screen shows it is ready to print, but when the tray get into the printer , it always shows error message , the tray is too high.

looking for someone or company can repair and offer maintence contract in the London , UK.

Hello Sir,

first we need to check if the sensors are communicating together. To do that you need to check a small red light over the sensors, Over the right sensor it should always be on and over the left sensor it should be on only when there is an obstacle (fabric) that are interrupting their communication. If on the left one the light is always on, the height sensors needs alignment.

If the sensors are ok then what we need to check the down button. We need to start the printer with the platen out and by test the down button while its on the eject position. Then we need to move the platen with the IN button few cm and try again the DOWN faction. If on some cases it works and on some doesn't then the issue is on the cables of the motor and we need to replace those.

we tested sensors, motor and its cables , it seems all parts work

we think the control panel in table may be worng,

is there any way to test the panel?

Hello,

unfortunately there isn't any special way of testing this except from the obvious, that you check if the buttons work. What was the results when you checked the sensors, if you pull the table out does the light on the left one go off?
