Hi. Sounds like your inks aren't sublimation inks. What brand are they? Is nothing transferring, or are you getting any feint yellow marks?
The only other reason I can think of is that your press is not reaching the correct temperature. Is it possible you have entered a centigrade setting while your press is in fahrenheit mode?
