Don't know about the health effects but I'm sure it can't be good long term.

Do you use a box with lids when applying your powder? I have had good luck keeping it from flying around too much by putting the powder in a box and running the transfer through it in the bottom of the box. Doesn't produce as much dust that way.

Good Luck!

We've been making quite a lot of plastisol transfers recently, and the powder is flying! Should we be concerned about any health effects? Just curious. Thanks!
I made transfers with powder adhesive once, I don't think I'll ever do it again. It was a run of 600 pieces, and the powder was in my noise, my eyes, my conveyor dryer, my press, basically everything was covered in powder.
