I havn't used the Anvil tearaway t-shirt yet but i came across an unbranded tear-away label and upon removing the label, it left a white slightly visible marking under the stitching of the neck...whilst it wouldn't really be noticed by a customer, it still looked slightly unprofessional in that i knew it had been removed and i could still visibly see some of the label...

Is there any visible white mark left from the tear on any of the other branded tees...

Secondly, is all info on the neck label...ie the size/washing instructions/material/country of manufacture all go once the label is torn away? If this is the case, is this legal to re-sell, as i know certain info has to remain on t-shirts when re-selling?

I never had anything like that happen to me with tear-away labels. I use t-shirts from next-level apparel, which are great, and their tear-away's don't leave any marks.
When you remove the original tag you have to provide your own label with size, fiber content, care instructions, origin, and you also need either RN# which you can get online at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/TextileRN/wrnreq$rn.call_rn?p_mode=INS or if you don't have the Registered Identification number you can write your company name instead.
To get more specific info go to Threading Your Way Through the Labeling Requirements Under the Textile and Wool Acts
or search the forums, lots of great info here.
