I'm researching for a T-shirt company who after almost a full year are unable to produce Ts due to a product, Anajet MP10i that will not work consistently. The printer was sent back to the company which replaced (2) boards but equipment still didn't work and thousands in hardware and ink have been expended and the machine continually clogs or will not print properly. The warranty ends in August and the owner is now seeking legal assistance. The woman has many years of experience in silk screen printing and has had great success in business previously.
