Yea their current firmware version is super buggy. Freezes when you upload designs too. Its quite annoying especially when you are printing infront of a customer and they see you have to go turn it off then on.

I am using the original firmware. I knew they were doing an update soon so I guess that is what you are referring too. I may update to that. There should be a documentation file with the update list I would hope.The firmware you are referring too, is that the recently released firmware from last week that is causing the issue? I haven't updated it yet, but if it is causing issues, I will hold off on it.
I called in to buy some and they told me, and I just got an email today. I think I saved like $25 per white XL or something, it was goodWhere are you seeing the prices going down for the ink? It still shows the same price to me for the ricoh and powerbright cartridges.

Could be good to have on hand in case one another needs help with something. I spent 50k on 2 of these Ri 6000s so any resource is a good resource!I received my email yesterday as well. I had just purchased some ink, and started to get a little upset, but then I remembered they had given me a new customer 15% discount for ordering supplies so I felt better. Now if only I could start cranking out more shirts, but I need more sales for that. LOL.
