Yea their current firmware version is super buggy. Freezes when you upload designs too. Its quite annoying especially when you are printing infront of a customer and they see you have to go turn it off then on.
Anajet Ricoh 3000 Won't Start
I have a video that I can't post, but if it's any help I can email or text it.
Last night, turned off our Ricoh 3000 (which we've loved after we've figured out), did some cleaning, now the power button works and everything clicks on, lights on the maintenance station, etc, but the screen goes blue, says HDMI...no signal...then goes off.
I can see in the print cage a light says FAULT (or error, can't remember). It's like it starts then dies, or can't start all the way. Literally nothing changed or happened, was off for about 10 minutes and now won't come on. I'm worried to leave it off/non-functioning all weekend, but no idea what to do. Any ideas appreciated!
EDIT: Solved! Anajet said it's a known issue...power off, unplug the USB from back of Ricoh, power up...Viola!

Amen! I was pretty embarrassed how simple the solution was, I spent my entire weekend trying to figure it out. Where are you seeing the prices going down for the ink? It still shows the same price to me for the ricoh and powerbright cartridges.
The firmware you are referring too, is that the recently released firmware from last week that is causing the issue? I haven't updated it yet, but if it is causing issues, I will hold off on it.
I am using the original firmware. I knew they were doing an update soon so I guess that is what you are referring too. I may update to that. *Edit: looks lilke the version 1.2 will fix the issue i mentioned.
I received an email telling me that a RIP and firmware update were available. I haven't installed them yet, but I may attempt to do it this weekend when I have a few minutes.

Does anyone know how many ml of ink are in the Powerbright Plus XL cartridges for the Anajet printers? I just need to confirm something for an order.
