Anajet get your stuff together!!

Nothing more frustrating than waiting on HOLD for over 30 min's and the recording says ur estimated hold time is 9 mins.

This is rediculous and then they try to get your call over ASAP!

I am no longer a loyal customer!

Plenty of other suppliers out there that I would rather give my ink and supply business to who will also answer tech questions with little hold time!!

And SUPPOSEDLY Anajet upgraded their call center (bla bla bla) ...Really! More like downgraded!!

Great machine ...HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Ahh now I feel better....and yes I'm still on hold and I posted from my iPhone!! SMH

Yea they're good at answering to take your money but requested tech support, you know, the FREE STUFF. And got no help.
Re: Anajet get your s**t together!!

Hi all,
Very sorry about this. We upgraded the phone system and have been working out the bugs. We also recently increased our tech staff by almost 30% (but it will be a few weeks of training before you notice the difference)

The ink sales department has also been stressed, we are adding some software to make things more efficient, but the volume has increased. Whenever possible, please order ink online and we will do our best to get back to incredible customer service ASAP

Sorry everyone, please bare with us, thank you for your business!

Sorry Karl not buying it. Doesn't take 40 mins or special training to pick up a phone. Had to call your competitors for help. No hold time and answered my question.
Re: Anajet get your s**t together!!

I agree, it took me over 4 days to get ahold of Krystal. Half the time I called Anajet I couldn't even get ahold of the operator, just went to voicemail. When I got past the voicemail and left a message for Krystal she never called back. Finally got ahold of my sales rep and told him to have her call me. Of course, 4 hours later she calls while I was out of my office but told my receptionist she would call back first thing the next morning which she never did. Took me another two days to get ahold of her finally. Obviously she is overwhelmed and needs help. Meanwhile I am more than happy to buy my supplies elsewhere.
Re: Anajet get your s**t together!!

lol, try being in NZ when we're 19hours ahead of US and waiting on hold is a toll call, we have an approx 3 hour window in the morning where we get a response.

But you can't wheel and deal online. I would have bought your ink if you would have price matched Garment Printers Ink.

Funny a gallon of Gas = $3.80
A gallon of DTG Ink = $1,333.00

I get the humor in this, but are you reselling your gallon of gas?

Because charging $2 for a full sized print that costs me $.25 to print (ran an estimate in my RIP for a design 14.25" tall by 11.25" wide of sponsor logos CMYK only), is a nice return on my gallon of ink.

Let me add to that:

A gallon of EPSON ink (for most small format printers) = $5,085

And for most small format inkjet printers, people are not making money on them, they are just using them to print every day items.

The bane of technology. I understand and appreciate the explanation and transitioning new procedures, staff and software can be a daunting task.
People who bought Anajet did so beause they wanted to and a business relies on customers who want to give you their money. Having to wait a frustrating amount of time to give someone your money or just to talk to someone is over the top. When a call comes in, a phone rings somewhere and someone should answer it even if it's to take a message and promise to call back (and actually call back!). I've worked in situations being totally swamped with patrons in person and the one thing we were told to do even in a situation like that was to answer the phone (and not let it ring more than 3 times!)
"Can I take your information and we'll be doing call backs in (XX reasonable time)" is all it took.
Speaking to a live person, even if not immediately helped, can allay a great deal of frustration on the customer's part.
You say tech staff has increased by 30%. While being trained on the hard techie stuff and as the software and new system is being transitioned, maybe they could just answer some phones and take messages?;)

Make no mistake I am not complaining about the price of DTG ink. Like Jerid said the price is not bad compared to small inkjet printers. I have bought eco-solvent ink for years so I am used to paying 1000+ on an ink order.

Ink is BIG business to suppliers like anajet. So one would think that they would have this as a main focus on customer retention. For my eco-sol printer the sales guys call and check on me to make sure I am caught up on ink.

I have only been able to talk to anajet once when I first got my machine and even then I felt that I was more of a nuisence than valued customer since I bought a used machine. They even told me that I might get only limited support for the Sprint since I bought used. I know time is money and that I did don't buy the printer from them but if I am possibly going to spend thousands of dollars on your ink the least you can do is help me if the printer were to ever have a problem.
Re: Anajet get your s**t together!!

GraphixGuys - i agree with you, and your comment "...if I am possibly going to spend thousands of dollars on your ink the least you can do is help me if the printer were to ever have a problem." is right on. and when that failed me, that's when i moved on away from AnaJet. i have the older FP-125 and it's a great printer, but when i needed them, all i got was the run-around. i now couldn't be more happier with where i've moved on to. hang in there and keep the pressure on until you get treated the way a customer should be.
