OK since nobody replied here is my 2 cents.

1) Pre press the shirt as you would.
2) Lay a parchment paper on the shirt where the transfer will be pressed.
3) Lay the transfer on the parchment paper.
4) Pick and hold the transfer in one corner
5) Carefully pull the parchment paper and keep the transfer alignment on the shirt
6) Lay the parchment on top of the transfer
7) Lay a Teflon sheet on top of the stack to keep the transfer from curling
8) Press the stack to recommended temp, dwell and pressure.
9) Cold peel the Teflon and Parchment paper.

Otherwise, let the shirt cool down enough so that when you lay the transfer on it the transfer does not curl.
