Alternative to glitter vinyl

We are doing a LOT of glitter vinyl decoration at the moment, which is great, but it's really time consuming to weed!

Are there any alternatives to achieving a glitter print? Or some sort of self weeding sytem out there that can help reduce production time? We are also using a reasonable amount of metallic foil as well...so a system that would work with both would be great!

Thanks!

Is it taking a long time to weed because your designs are intricate? Have you tried reverse weeding?
For multiples of the same design, You can silk screen them in glitter.

For single prints - Stahl's glitter flake , Cuts and weeds the best for us. We tried few others and this one is the best for the job.

Regardless glitter is a pain to weed with any brand vinyl. We add a stroke to thicken up most designs.
We also like to use stencil style letters.

Get a heated table to weed on...this will speed the weeding up a lot.
There are a few out there but Stahls sells a small one that works well.
(They also sell a larger one too)

A good design in glitter will be designed with the weeding in mind to speed up production.

Do they have to be glitter? Like was stated, are they highly detailed? Post an example
