Hi,

I received a mail from AlphaBroder saying that everything will be case price from May 24 - 25th.
I clicked some items to put them in shopping cart, but it still shows high price on checkout page.
I don't order from Broder much, so I am not very familiar with their system.

According to the email,

"Place your order this weekend with alphabroder and save money by receiving case pricing on all of your styles for any quantity you order. Just place your order online between Midnight Friday and Midnight Sunday and you will automatically receive our lower case prices."

Do I actually need to check out to show the correct prices?

Alphabroder is my only supplier and I received that email as well. Since I pick my orders up, they usually make the adjustments at the register when I pay. Not sure how it works online.

I really want to take advantage of the case pricing since I am a small order company, but the customer service is not open during the long weekend so I cannot ask anybody :-(

Yes I've been trying to convince my local alphabroder to open on weekends. It's also a express location, but I can order from the warehouse in Chicago, and have it shipped to Plymouth, Mi free as long as I pick it up.

160,000 square feet of warehouse and "they don't carry much"......That is a lot of space for nothing....

I guess I should have said, they don't carry the items I need...
I live near Sanmar, so I get most of the starndard tee stuff from them, but for other stuff I need to rely on out of state companies.

I didn't know they ship items for free between warehouses. I will look into it.

Sanmar also has a warehouse in NW Washington....However, it is just 235,000 square feet which is the smallest of all the Sanmar locations....

I know!
Seattle warehouse is supposed to be the primary warehouse and there is the headquater and all, but yet they don't carry many of their own youth brand items there.
But for the standard items like Gildan tees and some of Sanmar's activewear items, I use them.
It is so great to be able to place orders without having to worry about shipping.

I wish we had Bodek & Rhodes here as well.
But I guess I should consider myself lucky for having at least Sanmar in my neck of the woods.

About alphabroder's case pricing-

I just placed an order anyway and sent a piece of email telling them that if there is not a price correction while the order is being processed, I would like to cancel the order.

Hi,

I received the order confirmation with adjusted price today.
All is good.

I still wish they would show the final price during the checkout though. But I guess they have a good reason to take this route...
