Aloha All! I've been in the business for about 3 years now and started with no knowledge or experience whatsoever. It's been a challenge! I've been reading through some threads every now and then, but have been "too chicken" to dive into it. Now that I have, I'm really hooked! There's some awesome resources here! My only regret is that I hadn't done this earlier! It sure would have saved me a lot of time and sleepless nights! I'm so excited to be a part of this forum!
