We bought a couple lasers / alignment things at Home Depot, built our own wood frame stand (So it does not shake with the movement of the screen press) and it gives us a great reference when we need to print on or above t-shirt pockets or other precision print areas.

I hop this helps

Like to see some pictures if you don't mind.
Also maybe a parts list?

Thanks,

The video was good but let's start at the beginning. Shirts should be lying flat, print side up, with the bottom away from you. With hands near the edges of the shirt, gather the print side of the shirt evenly in each hand far enough to place the shirt on the platen as shown in the video, until the shoulder seams line up with the platen. Remember that the crease may not be either centered or straight. Always to by the shoulder seams. Grasp the seams at the sleeve as shown and pull the shirt towards you. If I have straighten to do, I use a shaking motion to straignten the shirt. After you have done a few thousand, it will begin to come naturally to you. God Bless.
