Hello everyone and thank you for checking out my question. I am tying to come up with a contract/agreement basically saying we will not refund customers their money for airbrushed portraits. Each portrait takes approximately 3 hours, the time and ink cannot be recovered... I don't want to make a contract that says "no refunds for portraits, sign here". I was hoping someone had a nice template or layout that they would be willing to share (even if I have to change it up a little). I have searched the forum and I cannot find an answer specific to my question. Thank You

Here is an example of an image someone refused to pay for.

I understand its not exact infact this one is honestly the worst we have ever done however, I would say it is within 90%.

Wow..!! That is some serious talent..make you client pay half up front and make sure it says all deposits are non refundable... Also let them know that airbrushed portraits are done by hand no stencil and eraser.
