Hello everyone
I have some problems after printing white t-shirts
the color looks even in the back of the shirt
the colors sees inside and outside of the back t-shirt
What can be ???

Looks like your using too much ink and/or the shirt is too thin.

Are you printing 2 passes of color ink and what is the weight of the shirt?

No i didn't increased ink or something
The t-shirts are the same i printed before but i didn't have this problem before
Can it be heat press it or something else

I could see where applying to much pressure will allow the ink to penetrate the shirt more but I'm just not certain thats the case hear. I've seen this many times and it was just putting down to much ink. Are you using 1440x720 for your print mode? If so you may want to try 720 and see if the issue is still occurring.

Also, did you change brand of inks recently? What brand of ink are you using and where are you getting it from?

Yes i used this print mode 1440x720 with 2 passes
But i need to try with 720x720 and see..

Try a 1440x720 one pass and if it still happens try a 720x720.

Well a 1440x720 one pass should be fine if its like a 4oz shirt but with a heavier shirt like 6oz a 1440x720 2 pass will be fine. It will make the colors look more vibrant and also wash better.

Pretreatment for white garments will eliminate this.

No i checked that the problem is to the t-shirts (less weighted t-shirts) and possibly i must use 1 pass for this - t-shirts

You've tried PT ? With it the CMYK stays on top and do not soak so much in to the shirt.

Yes Pretreatment But not normal for white ink, one that is specialy formulated to print on white shirts with CMYK.

Fast color is a great pretreatment. You can get great washability with that.

Yes it is and i have 10 gallons left because the fast dark pretreatment finished and i use now one pretreatment from turkey the result are same just like Fast Dark pretreatment and when i asked which t-shirts to use with this pretreatment they said use them for both light and dark
