We are looking to launch a spirit wear/high school sports apparel website. Just wanting to see if there were any restrictions on doing such, do I need permission to sell a local high schools spirit wear to the public through my website? We are doing our own house design and printing.

I think you would need to check with each high school you would be promoting unless you do a generic design that doesnt specify any school.
