Hello I am looking for some advice on which type of printing to use. I have a heat press and will be pressing on Zorrel 100% poly shirts. I am wondering if a Plastisol transfer like Transfer Express (Elasti Prints) would be better than Vinyl or if there is a better type for heat pressing? Most of my designs will be just text. Some text on the front of shirt and on the back. I also would like to know which method is best for pressing labels on the inside of shirt? Thanks

Usually, dye-sublimation is a method of choice for printing on polyester - especially, if you are working with sports apparel and want the print to remain breathable and durable.

There are some limitations, however: if you need true representation of the design colours - it has to be done on white shirts. If the print is black text - it would look fine pretty much on any colour providing it's not too dark.

If you have a heat press - you can order dye-sub transfers, there are some members of the forum providing this service.
