This is the effect I would like to emulate for a vinyl sticker -

I'm pretty sure the silver vinyl is one piece, but the different reflections make a perfect bevel effect. Anyone know how to achieve this?

That looks printed. But for cut vinyl maybe chisled fonts. If not a pre-created font, you can look at them and do something similar.
