Adkins BMC20 Heat Press

Hi, I have just purchased a second hand Adkins BMC20 and want to adjust the pressure more. I have turned the pressure knob to the maximum but it still isn't high enough to press the magic touch vinyl sheets. Is there something else on the press you can adjust, ie., top / bottom platen.
