I had to clean up my computer when I had to uninstall and reinstall FAst Artist /Fastrip. Lost my adjustment program to reset waste ink. I thought I could just get it from by backup, but when I did I got an error that said"Communication error occurred Please confirm power for printer and IF cable connection" Everything is on and connected.

So then I tried the link for the Equipment zone site that I found on anearlier post and the error was

Exception ERegistry Exception in module zip exe.at 00009D6E Failed to set Data for Adjustment program

Any suggestions?

kept messing with restoring the backup and finally got it to work, yay!
