I've been sent a tiff image, with some text on a solid background, I have Simple Seps raster so I've been able to pull out the text I want without the background. The text is quite fine and I need to print an underbase white as it going onto black hoodies so I was thinking I can use this for the underbase white but if I want to expend the edges (is this called trapping) for the final colour how can I do this in coreldraw with a raster image? I've tried the trace option to go down the vector route but it doesn't vectorise well.
