Actual size rule able to be cut out of vinyl

Ok here is a new one for me - a customer wants me to cut a working actual size rule to measure stuff with. He wants it for the side of his truck :confused::confused: .
Has any one seen art that is already done , cause i know it will be a PIA to do this from scratch.

That shouldn't be too hard. Just be sure that you're doing it true to size (use your measurements on screen) , lay it out and cut.
You'll get it.
