Do you apply the transfer when they are flat, and then heat them over a curved surface to shape them? Or somehow transfer to an already curved surface?

You should probably adjust the position/zoom on some of your Etsy images (the last one for sure). Or use slightly smaller images if those are at zero zoom, so you can make the important part of the image visible to people searching and browsing.

This reminds me of the first cell phone cases were done in a similar fashion.

I never did find it on their website. Looking at it probably a big investment. Always wanted to be able to do custom tennis shoes and think it is possible. Just have to find the right shoe maker who may be willing to assist. I looked at this last year and it looks like you can get all the pieces just need to have someone be able to assemble correctly. We got side tracked on doing custom baseball hats which is much more difficult then they should be but the results are incredible.

We've done a couple of these, They are extremely soft when they are done (flat press) I just put them on the hat press (with paper on first) and bent them into a curve using my hands on a silicone mat by pressing them into a curve and holding it there until it cooled a bit.
