we are starting a new line of clothing and need the proper licenses to print people. Other than music companys like bravado and live nation, is that a better way to go to acquire/buy the rights to print people?

If you want to purchase designs that are already licensed and produced, try Googling "wholesale licensed apparel" or "wholesale licensed transfers."
If you want to design and produce your own artwork, you need to contact each individual's representative.
DO you have specific people in mind you would like to acquire the rights for?
