AccuRip wont run. Please help quickly

I went to use AccuRip and it wont open. Ive tried rebooting and still nothing. A popup comes on that says not connected to it and hit the reconnect button. Still nothing.
This happened once before and I had to email in and they had me reset something. Of course I forgot what they had me do.
I do know I had to go to my START button and down at the bottom they had me type something in the box and it pulled up all of my running programs. The Accurip was paused and they had me click on it and it restarted. What do I type in to get tjere?

1- Uninstall AccuRip
2- Install it again
